Service Partners sells a variety of Rmax polyiso insulation supplies. These products include ECOMAXci, TSX-8500, TSX-8510, Durasheath and Thermasheath.
ECOMAXci®
Rmax ECOMAXci has glass fiber reinforced aluminum foil facers on both sides offering enhanced durability, dimensional stability and fire performance. The exposed board side is a heavy embossed 12mil facer with clear coating for limited protection against oxidation providing enhanced radiant heat protection. ECOMAXci allows for optimum efficiency through multiple design options, ease of construction and reduced energy usage.
TSX-8500
Rmax TSX-9500 has glass fiber reinforced aluminum foil facers that act as a radiant barrier. The exposed side has a heavy embossed 12mil reflective surface and is designed to provide an attractive interior finish without the need for a thermal barrier. TSX-8500 is an air barrier material that is mold resistant and reduces heat loss.
TSX-8510
Rmax TSX-8510 is just like TSX-8500 in that it is designed for use without a thermal barrier (up to 4.5″ on walls or 12″ on ceilings) to provide an attractive interior finish. The difference is that the exposed side of TSX-8510 has a heavy 12mil white aluminum surface. It can be used on masonry walls, exterior walls, farm or storage buildings and more.
Durasheath®
Rmax Durasheath offers energy performance and superior durability with its non-metallic, inorganic polymer-coated glass fiber mat facers. Durasheath acts as an air barrier material, reduces heat loss and blocks air and moisture intrusion. Durasheath has a strong facer that withstands additional wear and tear. It is intended for use in exterior walls with stucco veneer, concrete sandwich panels and many other building envelope applications.
Thermasheath®
Rmax Thermasheath-3 is a mold resistant, lightweight thermal insulation board with reinforced aluminum facers. The facers have a clear coating for limited protection against oxidation on each side. Thermasheath-3 is an air barrier material offering easy and efficient installation as well as reduced energy, labor and material costs.
