HandiFoam® Spray Foam

HandiFoam’s low-pressure spray polyurethane foams (SPF) and low-pressure pour-in-place polyurethane foams (PIP) are chemically cured and designed to fill large voids and surfaces. HandiFoam spray foam products offer higher insulation values than standard products, are easy to install, and provide complete, air tight coverage when properly installed. HandiFoam spray foam also stops unwanted air infiltration, improving energy efficiency, durability, and indoor air quality.

HandiFoam® Sealants

HandiFoam provides market-leading, low-pressure one-component polyurethane foam sealants (OCF) that are moisture cured and designed to completely fill and seal small gaps, cracks and voids. HandiFoam’s polyurethane foam sealants have excellent adhesion and expansion properties, ensuring a complete and permanent air tight seal. Plus, HandiFoam’s polyurethane foam sealants reduce waste on small jobs and have a positive economic impact on large jobs.

HandiFoam® HVLP (High Volume, Low Pressure)

HandiFoam HVLP is a high volume, low pressure (HVLP) spray foam system that is designed for smaller precision jobs, full insulation jobs and any job in between. This system is perfect for new contractors, specialty and weatherization rigs for large contractors and OEMs. HandiFoam HVLP is available in a variety of formulations in 55-gallon disposable drums.

FIRESHELL® NFPA 286 Thermal Barrier Intumescent Coating (F10E)

FIRESHELL F10E is a proprietary, non-flammable intumescent interior coating that expands up to 2000%. It provides oxygen starvation to fire, and it is a non-toxic, water-based, drain safe, and non-fuming GREEN product. It passes full-scale room corner over foam that is NFPA 286 and E84 class A certified. It comes in white that can be tinted for different colors. It is used for walls, foams, attics and crawl spaces.

FIRESHELL® Ignition Barrier and Barrier Coating (IB4)

FIRESHELL IB4 is a proprietary, water-based, 1-part, non-flammable intumescent coating that complies with AC 377 ICC ES for interior use. It expands up to 2000%, starving oxygen when in contact with fire. It is non-toxic, drain safe, and non-fuming, used for walls, foams, attics and lumber.

FIRESHELL® Ignition Barrier and Barrier Coating (F1E)

FIRESHELL F1E is the only waterproof, 1-part, non-combustible, fire retardant intumescent coating that complies with AC 377 ICC ES for interior and exterior use. It expands up to 2000%, starving oxygen when coming in contact with fire. It comes in both insulating and fire extinguishing versions for use in exterior exposed spray foam, including foam panels, roof foam, foam-coated piping, boat insulating, cabins, barns, foamed attics, and more.

FIRESHELL® Fire Extinguishing Coating (F1)

FIRESHELL F1 is a proprietary, non-flammable, fire extinguishing coating that extinguishes liquid fires and is tested in accordance with SFI 54.1. It is flexible, ductile, and elastomeric, and it provides protective integrity in vapor fires. There is no primer required, and it is sprayable with standard equipment. It has also passed ASTM E84 as a class A coating and ASTM E96 vapor barrier tests.
