Jeff Franklin - President of Service Partners Operations

Jeff Franklin

President, Service Partners

Jeff Franklin is the President of Service Partners, Distribution International, and TopBuild Specialty Distribution. Jeff has been working in the insulation industry for more than 37 years, in a variety of leadership positions across contracting and distribution.

In 2019, Jeff became President of Service Partners. Jeff joined TopBuild in 2015 as Regional Leader for the contracting business unit TruTeam’s Mid-Atlantic and Northeast Regions and was subsequently promoted to TruTeam’s Senior Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining TopBuild, he held several leadership positions at Masco Contractor Services (MCS) including as East Region Chief Operating Officer and Vice-President of Operations for MSC East and Cary Insulation.

From 2005-2012 Jeff served as EVP of Distribution, Sales, Marketing, New Business Development, and International for Wayne Dalton Garage Doors Corp., a leading garage door manufacturer. He was also the Founder and President of 101 Mobility, a medical mobility company that was ultimately sold to private equity investors. Before joining the insulation industry, Jeff played professional baseball as a pitcher with the New York Mets organization.

Brady Adkins - VP of Business Development for Service Partners

Brady Adkins

Vice President of Strategic Sales Growth and Innovation, Service Partners

Brady leads growth and sales improvement initiatives across Service Partners territories with a focus on identifying new programs and approaches for profitable growth and sales productivity. He also looks to deploy best sales practices across the TopBuild Specialty Distribution business unit, including leading industrial insulation distributor Distribution International.

Joining Service Partners in 2019, Brady was previously the Vice President of Business Development for Service Partners, with a focus on key accounts, retail, and sales optimization. Prior to joining Service Partners, Brady spent 21 years with Knauf Insulation holding various positions with increased responsibility across various segments of the business, including as Director of Strategic National Accounts in North America, Director of Sales and Contracting, Regional Management, and Business Development.

Brady holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis.

Vice President of Operations, ADO, Cell Pak, Gutters, Service Partners

Jeff Beck is Vice President of Operations for ADO, Cell Pak and Gutters at Service Partners. Prior to joining Service Partners, Jeff held several regional operations leadership positions with Masco Contractor Services and TopBuild. He began his career as a project engineer for Holder Construction. He then worked for John Wieland Homes as a builder where he moved into supply chain management. In 1997, Jeff joined Quality Insulation as their National Director of Purchasing. After Quality Insulation was acquired by Masco Contractor Services in 2000, Jeff became Vice President of Product Development. Jeff graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a BS in Building Construction.

Senior Vice President of Operations, Service Partners

Randy Gallegos is Senior Vice President of Operations for Service Partners. Randy joined TopBuild in May 2018 through the USI merger acquisition. Prior to joining TopBuild, he was General Manager for a very successful distribution company in the Colorado Rockies. Randy is a seasoned leader with 30-plus years of industry experience.

We maintain a nationwide network of over 75 distribution centers with 775 employees, diversified product offerings and the industry’s most efficient order processing fulfillment and delivery system.

Service Partners is a one-stop shop for top-grade insulation and building products for home and commercial projects. We provide our customers top quality products for the best price. We are the exclusive provider of BIBS, the original Blown-in Blanket System. We are one of the largest manufacturers of cellulose insulation, the leading laminator of Metal Building Insulation and one of the largest fabricators of gutters and rain-ware products in the United States.

Service Partners understands the challenges contractors face on a daily basis, as well as the pressures of working on an active job site. We employ the largest field sales force in the insulation distribution industry, and we are committed to providing world class service to our valued customers.

Retirement and Savings Plans
