AFB®
Description
ROCKWOOL AFB is a lightweight, semi-rigid batt insulation specifically designed for steel stud interior wall and floor applications. This ROCKWOOL insulation provides the best mix of fire resistance, sound absorption, and durability an insulation has to offer. With an available no-added formaldehyde (“NAF”) option, AFB is quickly becoming the insulation of choice for today’s green builders in commercial and industrial construction.

COMFORTBATT®
Description
COMFORTBATT is a ROCKWOOL insulation product for use in wood and steel framing in both new residential and commercial builds and renovations. It is designed for friction-fit installation and has a unique flexible edge to compress as the batt is inserted. It is available in R-values ranging from 10 to 38 to fulfill your project requirements.

Safe’n’Sound®
Description

Description
ROCKWOOL COMFORTBOARD 80/110 is a rigid mineral wool insulation sheathing board that is ideal for applications when enhanced compressive strength is required. CAVITYROCK®
Description
ROCKWOOL CAVITYROCK semi-rigid insulation board designed for exterior cavity wall and rainscreen applications. This ROCKWOOL insulation is compatible with numerous framing systems and cladding attachment systems. CAVITYROCK is a unique dual-density ROCKWOOL insulation that combines a high-density outer layer and a more flexible, low-density inner layer, to help with conformity to the substrate.

ROXUL SAFE™
Description
ROCKWOOL ROXUL SAFE is a lightweight, semi-rigid mineral wool insulation that provides fire resistance and sound control. It is primarily used as a compression fit safing insulation in perimeter fire containment systems. This type of ROCKWOOL insulation is designed to provide enhanced fire protection in perimeter fire containment systems and to be used in other fire stopping applications.

ROCKWOOL offers variations of CURTAINROCK to meet different project needs. When this type of ROCKWOOL insulation is paired with ROXUL SAFE, it provides a comprehensive critical line of defense in fire protection.

Rockboard® 40/60
Description
ROCKWOOL Rockboard 40/60 are multi-purpose board insulation to be used in walls, ceilings, and floors. This type of ROCKWOOL insulation is available in multiple variations and densities to meet a number of project requirements. Rockboard is fire-resistant, non-combustible, and sound-absorbing, making it an excellent choice for mechanical rooms, theaters, recording studios, and more.
