Carlisle® – Spray Foam Insulation

Carlisle provides both open-cell and closed-cell SPF insulation systems. Carlisle SealTite™ PRO products come in several different types to meet your specific applications.

SealTite™ PRO No Trim 21

A single 4″ pass of SealTite™ PRO No Trim 21 in a typical 2 x 6 wall cavity achieves an R-21, which should meet or exceed building codes. Application productivity is maximized because No Trim 21 eliminates the need for additional passes as well as trimming, cleaning and disposing of excess foam.

SealTite™ PRO No Mix Open Cell

No Mix is also a two component, light density SPF, but this product does not require mixing or agitation of the resin prior to application. Applicators will save time and increase productivity. There is no set up time, less labor required, and in the end, fewer costs associated with prep time and installation.

SealTite™ PRO High Yield

SealTite™ PRO High Yield is a two-component, light density one-to-one-by-volume spray foam optimized for yield. No Ignition Barrier Coating is required when High Yield is used in Assembly Specific attic applications. High Yield is designed for residential, commercial and industrial applications in typical areas where SPF is applied including walls, attics, floors and ceilings.

SealTite PRO Open Cell

Our light density spray foams provide a high R-Value per inch, expanding into crevices and cracks to create a precision seal that provides superior performance over fiberglass, cellulose and other loose fill products.. SealTite™ PRO Open Cell contains ZERO ozone depleting blowing agents and can be used in Assembly specific attic applications without an Ignition Barrier Coating

SealTite™ PRO OCX

OCX is a two component, light density, one-to-one-by-volume spray-applied polyurethane foam that contains +/- 14% biorenewable, recycled, and sustainable content. To produce OCX requires the use of an “A” component (ISO) and a blended “B” component (RESIN), which contains ZERO ozone-depleting blowing agents, catalysts, polyols, and fire-retarding materials.

SealTite™ PRO HFO

Our 2nd generation HFO spray foam insulation product features a new and improved formulation making SealTite™ PRO HFO the best spraying low-GWP product on the market today. High performing for applicators and ultra-low impact to the environment makes it the perfect blend of performance and sustainability. HFO technology that is optimized for higher yield versus HFC products, has a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of less than ONE and an Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) of ZERO.
