The Thermax Wall System (TWA) is a systematic approach for an insulated wall that is efficient in every aspect. It has a simplified designed, uses a streamlined construction and optimizes energy consumption to reduce its carbon footprint. It meets all applicable IBC and ASHRAE requirements for continuous insulation, moisture mitigation, air sealing and vapor barriers. It eliminates the need for exterior gypsum sheathing, air/vapor barriers, and extensive site coordination.

Thermax™ XARMOR Exterior Insulation

Thermax XARMOR (ci) Exterior Insulation is the toughest, most durable continuous polyisocyanurate insulation to work with the Thermax Wall System. It features a glass-fiber-reinforced, homogenous polyiso foam core with finer cell size, better cell orientation, and reduced wormholes and knit lines. It achieves one of the highest R-values available for immediate insulation and weather protection, as well as thermal performance. It is the only Thermax insulation that is optimized to go behind rain screen exteriors.
