Carlisle
Carlisle Spray Foam Roofing systems work best when combined with Prime-Tek primers, bleed blockers, and membrane cleaners. Carlisle Seal-tek systems have mastics, micro fibers, and reinforcing fabric to help enhance the use of roof foam and coating systems. In areas where foot traffic is expected, apply Seal-Tek Safety Yellow Granules. Another coating is HailCoat, which is 100% solid polyureas with zero VOCS to help protect against heavy wear or hail.

RM Lucas 9500 Liquid Flashing
RM Lucas 9500 Liquid Flashing is a single-component advanced polyurethane sealant that offers non-shrinking coverage of gaps in a roofing system, such as metal roof seams, pitch pockets and pans, and inlaid gutters. It is also effective in repairing hail damage along polyurethane foam roofs. It is compatible with Lucas water-based acrylic coatings.
