Why Use Spray Foam Roofing Systems

Spray Foam Roofing Systems offer structural stability as well as elite thermal and air-barrier insulation along your roofline. Efficient application allows for quick installation times and faster drying than other roofing systems. Self-flashing sealant around potential insulation weak points like skylights, vents, and HVAC elements protects against air, moisture, and temperature leaks.

How to Install Spray Foam Roofing Systems

Spray foam roofing systems are installed onto existing structures (substrates) in order to build complete insulation coverage. Prep work is required on substrate surfaces prior to spraying, which may include testing, cleaning, and patching. The first layer applied to the roof exterior is a polyurethane foam, which is later coated with a thin UV-resistant silicone or acrylic coating designed to add waterproofing and some fire resistance.

Spray Foam Roofing System Benefits

Spray foam roofing systems offer quick installation on all roof types.  Achieve effective structural stability and protection against extreme weather, air leaks, and thermal loss.

Energy-Efficient Comfort

Spray foam roofing systems offer a high R-Value to keep extreme temperatures out while preserving internal air temperatures. Each system protects against harsh UV rays and extreme weather while  lowering indoor heating and cooling costs to maintain interior comfort and budget-friendly efficiency.

Sustainability

Spray foam roofing offers long-term sustainable benefits through reduced energy loss and prolonged durability. It also reduces landfill waste due to its ability to adhere to any existing roofline rather than demoing and replacing roof structure. Minimal repairs and easy recoating allow for efficient use of resources without producing excess waste material.

Leak-Resistant Sealing

Spray foam roofing systems offer superior sealant protection against air and moisture, and can be custom-sloped for efficient water migration design. Closed cell foam resists water seeping to alleviate possible deck penetration.
