IFTI DC315
A fully tested and approved intumescent fire protective coating for spray polyurethane foam (SPF) insulation to meet both the 15-minute thermal barrier and ignition barrier requirements by the International Building Code. It is a top coat for color, weather and moisture protection, tested via NFPA 286 full-scale testing. It also meets LEED’s point requirements and is formaldehyde-free.
IFTI DC360
A high-performance low VOC, water-based, thin film intumescent fire retardant and fire-resistant coating. It has been tested for use on wood, OSB, plywood, gypsum wall and floor assemblies, and more. DC360 increases fire resistance on floor and ceiling assemblies, wall assemblies, roof-ceiling assemblies and individual structural members.
IFTI Firestop Caulk
A single component water-based acrylic intumescent firestop sealant caulk, used to restore the fire rating of penetrations made by electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems through fire-rated wall and floor assemblies. It is used for sealing gaps around single or multiple penetrations through interior walls and floors, or for sealing gaps around doors and window frames in critically fire rated structures.
