401(K) - Employees have the option to invest 1%-50% of their salary in a 401K. The company will match 25% of the first 10% of earnings contributed.
Paid Time Off - The rate at which employees accrue PTO is based on years of service, position, and average hours per week.
Holidays - Service Partners recognizes seven (7) paid holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
Employee Purchase Plan - Through TopBuild's Employee Purchase Program, Service Partners employees are eligible for discounts purchasing products from Home Depot, Verizon, Ford and many more.
Employee Assistance Plan - This service provides employees with free 24-hour support and confidential counseling for employees and family members
