I want to cancel an order, is that possible?

Yes. We make every effort to cancel orders before they are shipped if our customer wishes. Please contact us either via  877-700-9525 or e-mail us at Spcartinfo@service-partners.com

Do I pay sales Tax?

Sales Tax is charged in ALL states by Service-Partners.com.

Returns

My product was damaged when I received it, what can I do?

Service-Partners accepts returns for products damaged during delivery. You must notify Service-Partners.com within 10 days of delivery of product. Be sure to keep all packaging material and delivery receipts. Service-Partners.com will not accept claims after 10 days of delivery date.


I want to return an Item, is that possible?

Yes. We do accept returns but it must be first approved by Service-Partners.com before returning an item recently delivered at your own expense. Here are our return credentials found on our terms and conditions page.

Shipping

How long does it take to ship an item?

Most orders are placed for delivery within 48 hours of purchase. We have multiple distribution centers around the country to help speed the fulfillment process. Depending on your shipping location in relation to our distribution centers will determine how long it takes to get your item. Normally it takes 4-6 business days once an order is received.
