PRICING:

While every effort is made to prepare our Web Site as accurately as possible, we reserve the right to correct pricing errors posted on the website accidentally.

SHIPPING:

Shipments are shipped from closest stocking location to destination via multiple shipping methods including but limited to, United Parcel Service, Fed-Ex Ground, our own trucks, and various national and regional carriers. Service Partners, LLC charges a shipping and handling fee that is calculated during the checkout process. Most shipments will ship within 48 hours from time of order depending on the product type.

CANCELLATIONS:

Every effort will be made to cancel orders at the customers request as soon as possible. However any order cancelled after shipping must be returned at the customers expense and will require return authorization from Service Partners, LLC before returning.

TERMS:

Service-Parnters.com accepts Visa and MasterCard through Authorize.net and American Express and other credit cards through PayPal for payment in the online store. Personal Checks will not be accepted unless previous arrangements are made.

RETURNS:

All returns must be authorized by Service Partners, LLC, unauthorized returns will be refused.

1. Returns must be in original carton and be in new condition as determined by Service Partners, LLC.

2. Merchandise drop shipped from the manufacturer must be returned to the manufacturer according to the manufacturer's return policy.

3. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt for exchange or store credit only. Merchandise must be returned in the same conditioned received.

4. Customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling charges.

5. Physical return address for return shipments will be included in the return authorization document.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

Must be reported to Service Partners, LLC within 10 days (keep all packaging materials). Service Partners, LLC will not accept claims after 10 days of delivery date. When merchandise is discovered damaged after opening - call Service Partners, LLC immediately to report damage. Do not return merchandise without Serivce Partners, LLC’s authorization. Keep original carton and all packing materials.

BACK ORDERS:

Out of stock merchandise will be backordered automatically. Service Partners, LLC will notify customers if backordering is necessary at which time customers may opt to cancel their order. Items available from the order will be shipped immediately and not held until the backordered item is available. Back orders will be shipped with no additional shipping charges.

SALES TAX:

Sales Tax is charged in ALL states by Service-Partners.com.
