Proposals supports the following functions:

• Location of work (premises) is required on each proposal and work order.
• Locate inventory items by manufacturer code or search on item description.
• Handles certain piece rates and premiums, with ability to override rate.
• Allows user to present additional options in proposal that client could consider selecting as well (e.g., upgrade thermal value of insulation, offer additional services or products).
• Allows user to create a selling price from a Gross Margin % over direct costs, or from user-defined price lists.
• Users can define billing schedules to bill multiple phases together. This feature handles different types of schedules, including ability to track if all required work is completed before allowing invoicing.
• Estimates/Proposals can be saved to create models or templates.
• Capable of printing one user-defined "disclaimer" or "note" on proposals.
