Costing supports the following functions:

• Phase Billing costing can be done before or after billing.
• Tract Billing costing must be done before billing.
• Automatically transfers information from work orders into the costing process.
• Updates sales and commission information.
• Sales commissions may be paid on sales or gross profits, and on items billed or items paid.
• As part of costing, employee labor information is collected to produce daily and weekly reports showing hours, division, and labor amounts by employee.
