Thermax delivers superior insulation performance in the thinnest profiles
possible. They are tough and water and water vapor resistant.
Thermax is a glass-fiber-reinforced polyisocynurate foam core faced
with a variety of facers (see guide for the best product and facer to suit
your application).
Thermax Insulation/Finish Board is designed for exposed interior applications
to withstand light to moderate impact. It is intended as an insulation and
interior finish system for metal, wood post frame and concrete and masonry
buildings in manufacturing, mercantile, cold storage, warehouse, agricultural and
other applications as governed by building codes.
Available thickness' range from ½" to 4 ¼" and available in lengths up to
30'-0", with R-values @ 75° F mean from R-3.6 to R-30.

- Thermax Heavy Duty Plus
Features a 16.5 mil embossed white acrylic-coated aluminum sheet laminated
to plain 1- mil aluminum on one side and 1-mil plain aluminum on the other side.
- Thermax Heavy Duty
Features a 4 mil embossed white acrylic-coated aluminum on one side and 1.25-mil
embossed aluminum on the other side.
- Thermax Light Duty
Features a 1.25 mil embossed white acrylic-coated aluminum on one side and 1.25-mil
embossed aluminum on the other side.
- Thermax Metal Building Board
Features embossed aluminum foil facers on both sides.
- Thermax Sheathing
Features solid aluminum foil facers on both sides. Note: Thermax Sheathing is
not intended for exposed applications.
