The ASHRAE 90.1 standard sets forth design requirements for
the efficient use of energy in new buildings intended for
human occupancy in low-rise commercial buildings. The standard
offers multiple paths by which compliance can be achieved.
Model, state and local energy code-making bodies are rapidly
adopting ASHRAE 90.1.
When trying to achieve High R-value thermal performance,
often times standard insulation application methods no longer
apply. Service Partners offers a variety of patented high
R-value insulation systems to meet these stringent requirements.
Our systems include the Elaminator™ product line, Insul
Basket™ and Suspender Bar®. In addition to the Elaminator
100, 120 and 300 systems, Owens Corning has developed two
new high R thermal performance systems, the FullPurlin Profile™
and the DesignR Profile™. Both are designed to offer
high R-values and a superior finished appearance while offering
the fall protection attributes of the traditional Elaminator™
300.

R-value insulation system. Engineered to perform many functions, the
systems unique design offers an excellent appearance and superior
performance. Designed to fill the purlin cavity to capacity, the
uncompressed insulation in the Simple Saver SystemŽ retains its
full R-value and increases energy efficiency.
