How to Use the ELAMINATOR System
The ELAMINATOR System is best for insulating the roof of metal buildings in large projects, including 50,000 square feet and up, when productivity and leading edge fall protection are valued. The Owens Corning ELAMINATOR 300 Series machines are designed to meet OSHA regulations for fall protection on low-slope roofs, no more than a 3:12 slope.
ELAMINATOR System Certification
Applicators must be certified by Owens Corning, in order to use the ELAMINATOR System. A certified operator and/or apprentice must be on every project that utilizes the ELAMINATOR System. Owens Corning’s Certified ELAMINATOR Operator Program (CEOP) is created with three stages of performance to bring the apprentice to a level of performance for certification by Owens Corning. Service Partners will sponsor certification for qualified customers.

What Is the ELAMINATOR System?
The Owens Corning® ELAMINATOR Insulation System utilizes two series of machines, designed to travel along the purlins, dispensing faced insulation or facing from rolls. The system will control the tension applied to the rolls as they are dispensed. It will correctly position the facing, with respect to the purlins, so that installed insulation is consistent and fully expanded. The ELAMINATOR System is best for large projects, such as metal buildings that are 50,000 square feet and up to enhance productivity and provide leading edge fall protection.
