Terms and Conditions of Service Partners Contractors' Club Membership:
- $50,000.00 in total purchases from Service Partners Companies in prior calendar year.
- Account(s) with all Service Partners Companies in good standing and payments made within credit terms.
- Company will be notified by email within ten (10) business days whether application is approved. Service Partners maintains sole discretion regarding membership approval.
- Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Service Partners.
- Service Partners may amend the terms, conditions, programs, and benefits of the Service Partners' Contractors' Club, and may terminate the Contractors' Club, or a Company's membership, at any time in its sole discretion.
